패턴 : "(명사)한 후에", "(명사) 하기 전에",  "(문장) 한 후에/하기 전에"

 

 

 

1. after ~ : ~ 한 후에

Leave a message after the beep.  삐 소리가 난 후 메시지를 남겨주세요
		Let's catch a movie after work.  퇴근한 후에 영화나 한편 보자.
		Can I see you after the break?  쉬는 시간 지나고 나 좀 볼수있어?
I stopped drinking after I got married.  결혼하고 나서 술 끊었어
I have no clue where she went after I saw her downtown.  시내에서 본 후 그녀가 어디로 갔는지 모르겠어.

 

 

2. before

Let's finish this before lunch.  점심 먹기 전에 이거 끝내자.

Come home before midnight.  자정 전에는 집에 들어와라.

 

 

3. as soon as : ~하자마자, ~하는 대로

as 뒤에 원하는 문장만 붙여주면 된다.

단 'as soon as I can' 이라고 하면 '가능한 한 빨리' 라는 뜻이 된다.

I'll tell you as soon as I hear from him.  그 사람한테서 연락오는 대로 알려 줄게요

As soon as I got in the door, I showered up.  집에 들어가자마자 샤워를 쫙 했지

He turns on the TV as soon as he gets home.  그는 집에 오자마자 tv부터 켠다

I'll get back to you as soon as I can.  가능한 한 빨리 연락드리겠습니다.

 

* as soon as I can = as soon as possible = '가능한 한 빨리'
